For non-personalized products, you have a
30 days after receipt of your order to return it to us,
for an exchange or refund.Return costs are your responsibility.
1. Send us an email to info@maboutique-loiseaubateau.com with the following information to confirm together that an exchange or refund is possible:
o Your order number
o Your Name and First Name
o The reason for your request
o Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange
2. We will then send you a return slip.
3. Please return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, intact, unwashed.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your package. We will issue a refund within 7 working days of receipt, less shipping costs.
5. In the case of an exchange, you will then have to reorder directly on our store site.

If you wish to modify your order, you must contact us very quickly! Indeed, if it includes a personalized product, and the personalization has already been carried out, we will no longer be able to modify your order.
